These data come from FMCSA-sponsored projects involving commercial motor vehicles (CMV) and drivers. From here, you can access Public Use Datasets that have been de-identified and approved for sharing. All identifying information such as drivers name, fleet carrier, time and date (of incident, ELD record, etc.) and location have been removed to protect the participants identity.
